Case Management: Case management is a critical element of today's military. Physicians, nurses and case managers must be aware of signature injuries from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, including Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and amputations. As a 100 percent service-disabled, veteran-owned company, AFSC leaders are in tune with the challenges facing today's military and stay current with emerging treatments for reintegrating Wounded Warriors and their families back into the community. Our approach to case management focuses on building a collaborative process that will assess, analyze, implement and evaluate the different options and services available to meet each individual's health needs. We focus on the importance of effective communication and the use of all available resources to promote innovative and quality outcomes that will overcome the military's complex challenges. Our case managers are ready to take on the responsibility of coordinating services for beneficiaries at all levels and sites of care, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Our case managers are very knowledgeable of both the military and civilian support network and are skilled at negotiating for services in and out of the network. Our case managers are always ready to partner with their military counterparts and will bring with them innovative and quality solutions. Call Centers Staffing: We have expertise in creating and staffing call centers to provide services to our Warriors, Veterans and their Families. Throughout the years, we have built and operated varying sizes and types of call centers on behalf of our government clients.

Administrative Management and Support: AFSC has provided administrative management and support to several government clients, including various offices within the Department of Defense, Department of the Army, Department of Veterans Affairs, and others.
